Who We Are

We are a ramen meal kit delivery service who provides high quality, authentic Japanese ramen to homes.

Not only do we serve authentic ramen, but we also bring fresh concepts to the table: a variety of new toppings and Ajihen, something you’ve never experienced in your ramen adventures before.

As a New York based company, we hope to inspire the next-generation of ramen enthusiasts and to be able to provide this experience worldwide.

What Is Ajihen?

“Ajihen” is an awe inspiring curveball that you add into your bowl of ramen, midway through the meal. With a primary focus on using whipped cream cheese (WCC) as a base, we’re continuing to explore combinations of WCC and Wasabi, Garlic, Hot Sauce, Kombu and plenty more. For instance, Adding a WCC to a smooth, refined shio broth ramen will transform your bowl into something complex and rich, while hitting you with flavor that is bound to wow your senses.

How we begun

It is the year 2020…

The coronavirus pandemic has turned our world upside down in an unprecedented manner. New York City, the most vibrant metropolis in the world has fallen silent. If this city doesn’t re-ignite its flame… so won’t the rest of the world.

Why not replenish the fatigued souls of New Yorkers through delivering scrumptious, mouth-watering ramen?

Through ramen we can rekindle the dwindled spirit of New Yorkers, and the world at large! This was the moment when the Ramen Museum New York Project was born.

From New York, our project hopes to deliver the pinnacle of Japanese food culture –ramen– to New York! Under supervision of Chef Rokusuke Take, a legend from the world of Japanese ramen who has spent over 30 years pouring his spirit into ramen-making, our project began.

For our fellow New Yorkers who passionately love ramen, Chef Rokusuke Take and the Ramen Museum New York will provide exciting and fulfilling ramen experiences straight to your door.

Rokusuke Take

The Mastermind Behind Ramen Museum New York

Born in Yubari City, Hokkaido in the year 1957. Founder of “Mutsumiya” Rokusuke Take is an industry legend that has been making ramen for over 30 years, serving over 500 different recipes of ramen to customers.

In 2020, Takeroku Ramen launched its global expansion, opening operations overseas in Taiwan and Macao. Aspiring to produce the next-generation ramen from the global supercenter New York City, Rokusuke Take is participating in the Ramen Museum New York Project.

In the year 2020, our world was presented with an unprecedented crisis. United States, Japan, and many other nations were impacted severely in an unimaginable degree, leading to a significant loss in moral and motivation.

I want to send the world happiness through pouring my spirit into each and every bowl we produce, which is why I have decided to join the Ramen Museum New York project team.

To me, this project is an ambitious challenge into a completely new environment. Along with the traditional ramen ingredients, we will boldly incorporate multicultural ingredients accessible in New York — the world’s most diverse city — and provide next-generation ramen from New York City.

Incorporating our unique and dynamic Topping & Ajihen, we want customers to experience an astonishingly new flavor-changing sensation and create their own best ramen.

Nice broth and enjoyed the secondary flavor, wasabi cream cheese, to add some variation to the broth. I'm not equipped... to boil the noodles at home, so I hope we can eat the noodles at the store as in-door dining in the future. Good quality noodle soup. Would try different flavors.read more
