Our shio ramen – simple, yet refined flavor, developed with a blend of pork, fish and bonito broth, is topped with a savory roast chicken leg. Wavy thin noodles pair perfectly with our shio broth. Enjoy delightful ascents of Japanese Shichimi spice, charred onion, garlic, and charred green onion oil.
We also offer the standard Tokyo Shio, the aromatic fish-based Bonito Shio, and the accented seven-spice Spicy Shio.
Fill two large pots with 10-15 cups of water each and boil them – ensure to bring water to a rolling boil.
Step 2.Place topping & soup pouches in the first pot and frozen noodles in the second pot.
Step 3.Drain noodles with a mesh strainer and oour broth into your serving bowl first and place noodles, toppings and garnishes afterwards.
