An Excellent Harmony Between the Thin Noodle and Thick Soup

Being popular in NYC for its rich taste, Tonkotsu ramen originated in the Kyushu-area, such as Fukuoka and Kumamoto. The key feature is a harmony between the thin noodle and thick soup.

We offer the standard Tonkotsu Shio, the aromatic soy sauce-based Tonkotsu Shoyu, and the powerful garlic-based Tonkotsu Mayu.

How to Cook

Step 1.

Fill two large pots with 10-15 cups of water each and boil them – ensure to bring water to a rolling boil.

Step 2.

Place topping & soup pouches in the first pot and frozen noodles in the second pot.

Step 3.

Drain noodles with a mesh strainer and oour broth into your serving bowl first and place noodles, toppings and garnishes afterwards.
