Made with a blend of shio (salt) sauce, fish broth, chicken broth, pork broth and potherbs, Shio Ramen is most known for its light flavor. Being less overpowering in umami flavor compared to other broths: Shouyu (soy sauce) or Miso, you can enjoy the simple, yet refined and flavorful soup.
We offer the standard Tokyo Shio, the aromatic fish-based Bonito Shio, and the accented seven-spice Spicy Shio.
Fill two large pots with 10-15 cups of water each and boil them – ensure to bring water to a rolling boil.
Step 2.Place topping & soup pouches in the first pot and frozen noodles in the second pot.
Step 3.Drain noodles with a mesh strainer and oour broth into your serving bowl first and place noodles, toppings and garnishes afterwards.
